Mental Health

Hiya!!

This is going to be quite a serious post today so if you'd rather not read this that's totally fine by me.
I'm just going to jump straight into this one, if you haven't already guessed by the title I'm going to be talking about Mental Health. I've gathered up a few questions from you lovelies :)

You've mentioned that you've had trouble eating before...How does that effect your daily life? I'd say that it really does effect my life a hell of a lot, because if I skip a meal or just don't feel like eating that day it usually causes me to be sick or feel shaky and lightheaded. Sometimes in rehearsals I have to stop and take a minute, eat something and get a drink. It's always a big thing that's playing on my mind, everyday.

Do you have any mental health problems? I'm really sorry if this is too personal!
You don't have to say sorry at all lovely but I do have Anxiety. In a way we probably all have some form of mental health problem.

Do you think there's much support with mental health for people? Umm..Not really no. Do you know how everywhere you go they will be some form of leaflet with infomation about abuse or anything like that? Well I'm not saying they should stop that but I think a long side it they should be more leaflets and so much more can be done to help anyone. (I think I didn't answer your question, too much going on about leaflets)

How do you cope with panic attack? It all depends on where I am and who I am with. They just happen so unexpected and sometimes in the most shittiest situations. A lot of the time I find somewhere that's a lot quieter, I have someone to calm me down and talk to me etc etc. I don't really know if you can even just get on with life and cope with them but just try your best no matter what, if that little bitch called a panic attack decides they wanna ruin your life just keep your head up and keeping going.

Could you give some advice to me on how to remain positive? The best advice I can give to you is to just keep strong and know that somewhere out there someone loves you so much it's unreal.

I hope you liked reading this more serious topic if you did Niamh posted a Mental Health post on her blog which is really good and she gives so much advice which actually helped me. Oh and also she's left a bunch of numbers and websites that you can check out too.
I'm always going to be here for each and everyone of yous ❤️

Byeeeeeeeeee!
